Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) up to $3,000.
Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.
This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 15 lots every 5 minutes with a 5-minute extension.
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.

Onsite auction may have items in the attic, basement, barn, dark alley, scary dungeon rooms and other places that your spouse may be hesitant to enter. Please consider attending the preview to help understand any complications in removing your treasure.

Preview: Not all of our auctions have a preview available. Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy.
Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.
Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo. Although not all auctions have previews. Please bid accordingly.
Pickup:
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s).
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made).
Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.
Please bring plenty of help and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff are not available to assist with loading. Do not bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite, please.
